Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for the ICFA 2015

1. Can I submit an abstract outside of the mentioned research themes and sub topics?
Yes. If it is related to the field of Social Sciences you can still submit your abstract even if the topic is not covered by any theme or sub topics. The selection of your paper will be decided by scientific reviewing committee of the ICFA 2015.

2. How can I get an Official Letter of Invitation for attending a conference?
• Every registered participant can receive the invitation letter.
• Also an invitation letter is provided on request to authors or other participants.
• An official letter of invitation will be provided as a soft copy via e-mail and we will make a reasonable effort to help authors to get their visas.
• The visa process generally takes a month and the authors should take care of their own applications. The TIIKM won’t guarantee the visa, and won’t refund the registration fee after the deadline.

3. Can I register to the conference before make the payments?
Yes. To get register to the conference you just need to submit the online registration form through our website. After that you will receive the invitation letter, invoice and relevant documents.

4. When should I pay?
You should pay your registration fee after your abstract has been selected. Full payment is required to be made within 7 days from the date of Invoice. All payments must be received before the conference day.

5. Which payment mode I can use?
You can make the payments as a bank transfer. Account details available on http://aquaconference.com/2015/registration-fees/

6. Are there any Discounts available?
Groups and delegates from affiliated universities are eligible for special discount. Also, early bird discounts are available on registration. But only one discount is applicable per registration. 7. When can I get the receipt for conference registration fees?
The receipt is issued at the conference registration desk.

8. What is the length of Oral Paper Presentation?
Each Technical Presentation is 15-20 Minutes including Discussions.

9. Can I receive refund of my registration fee?

  • You will be able to cancel conference registration and receive refund your registration fees.
  • Registrations that cancelled 60 days before the conference are eligible to a refund of 75% of the registration fee.
  • Registrations that cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the conference will be eligible to a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations that are less than 30 days before the conference date will not be eligible to any refund.

10. Can I send a substitute delegate?

Yes, should you be unable to attend, you can nominate substitute delegate at no extra charge. You must nominate him/her a week prior to the Conference date.

11. Does the conference fee include meals ?

The conference registration fees include all materials, conference lunch, conference dinner and refreshments. You are kindly requested to inform us of any special dietary requirement.

12. Does the conference fee include accommodation and air tickets?

The conference fee does not include accommodation, transportation or air ticket. Delegates or their sponsoring bodies have to bear the cost of accommodation, transportation and air ticket. However we are facilitate the finding of accommodation. Please visit accommodation page. We kindly request you to inform us (organizing committee) of your arrival date and departure dates.

13. What kind of technical equipment is provided for the presentation of papers at the conferences?

  • Laptop Computer
  • LCD Data Projector
  • CD/DVD-ROM Drive
  • PowerPoint Presentation Remote with Laser Pointer

14. How can I submit my paper for conference & journal publication?

Prospective authors should submit their full papers for Conference & Journal publication by e-mail. The receipt of paper submission will be confirmed via e-mail within three working days. In the event that you do not receive the confirmation receipt of your paper within 3 days you are requested to immediately contact us (organizing committee).

15. Where can I find manuscript formatting guidelines ?

The template can be found at the paper submission page.

16. What are the criteria for selecting conference papers for journal publication?

The best conference papers are selected for journal publication after the conference

17. Where are the conference proceedings/journal articles indexed ?

All accepted papers will also be published in the conference e-proceedings. All presenters’ abstract will be published in the abstract book.

18. What is the dress code for conference?

The dress code at all our events is business attire

 

19. How can I apply to Visa?
